You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your experience includes working with technology solutions that empower healthcare professionals and organizations to improve outcomes. You are skilled in building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams to drive customer success. You thrive in a quota-driven environment and are motivated by achieving results. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technology solutions in a way that resonates with healthcare stakeholders. You are adaptable and can navigate the evolving landscape of health and life sciences, leveraging your knowledge to meet customer needs effectively.
Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and advanced computing applications in healthcare. A background in clinical applications or healthcare sales will set you apart, as will a proven track record of driving customer engagement and adoption of technology solutions.
In this role, you will focus on presale and post-sales activities, working closely with healthcare organizations to drive the adoption of Microsoft’s Copilot solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and aligning them with Microsoft’s technology offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. You will engage with clients to demonstrate the value of Microsoft’s solutions, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys. You will also track and report on customer engagement metrics, providing insights to improve strategies and outcomes. Your efforts will contribute to Microsoft’s mission of empowering healthcare organizations to achieve more through technology.
