Overview

Upgrade is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and implement key initiatives for their credit card product. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to enhance product features and drive growth. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the fintech space, where you've successfully defined and launched products that enhance customer financial well-being. You possess a strong understanding of product development processes and have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to define key metrics for success and assess the impact of product features effectively. You are comfortable collaborating with third-party vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during product development and implementation. You thrive in a collaborative and inclusive culture, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering teamwork.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services industry or with credit card products would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in user research and data analysis will help you make informed decisions that align with customer needs and business goals.
