Google is seeking a Sponsorship Strategist and Package Lead to drive large-scale business growth through innovative commercial frameworks and product go-to-market strategies. This role requires fluency in English and Portuguese, along with extensive experience in digital media and sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Your background includes working with digital organizations and identifying solutions to enhance customer strategy. You possess the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese, enabling you to engage effectively with local stakeholders. You have experience collaborating with major brands operating at a global scale and navigating complex organizational structures. Your collaborative skills allow you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategies.
As a Sponsorship Strategist and Package Lead, you will focus on driving large-scale business growth through the development of innovative commercial frameworks and product go-to-market strategies. You will act as a bridge between global product initiatives and local market execution, specifically for high-value video and brand solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of flagship commercial packages, developing and launching commercial solutions to address market needs, and serving as a go-to expert and thought leader for video solutions and advertiser incentives. You will also be responsible for developing sales training and collateral to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams, conducting training sessions to improve product knowledge and pitch quality across the organization.
