Solutions Engineer, DACH (Berlin based)

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in technical solutions or support roles, ideally within the ad tech industry. Your background includes hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, where you've developed a strong understanding of client goals and objectives. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teams alike. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are a fast learner, capable of adapting to the evolving needs of the platform and the advertising landscape. Your technical expertise includes troubleshooting complex database and backend technology issues, ensuring that you can provide in-depth recommendations and optimization strategies to clients.

Desirable

Experience with tracking implementation methods such as Shopify, WordPress, and DCM is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to support clients in their advertising efforts. Familiarity with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, and online measurement will further strengthen your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new advertisers and ensure their success on our platform.
