We're seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enable our sales team to excel. You'll play a critical role in onboarding new sales representatives, developing existing talent, and ensuring our team has the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively communicate Fundwell's value proposition and close deals.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires
Develop ongoing education programs that keep the sales team updated on product enhancements, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Build a library of best practices, playbooks, and resources for self-directed learning
Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives who need additional support
Partner with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals
What Sets You Apart
4+ years in sales training, enablement, or coaching
Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs or playbooks
Experience with sales enablement or e-learning platforms and creating digestible content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
