What you'll do

As a Catering Specialist at Celerion, you will assist in the general day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing vegetables and meals, serving a variety of dishes from breakfast to evening meals for study participants, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving areas. You will also be responsible for receiving and storing food supply deliveries, managing stock control and rotation, and minimizing wastage. Additionally, you will assist in obtaining ad hoc food supplies and preparing refreshments for client visits and staff meetings. You will enter menus into the IT system to ensure accurate tracking of meals served.
