You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a diverse team, including Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you navigate challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
