What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting Dialpad's Design System, known as Dialtone. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and prototype innovative solutions that enhance user interactions. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and iterating on tools and experiences that facilitate research and experimentation. You will ensure that the design system is scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the product and its users. You will also contribute to the documentation and guidelines that help maintain consistency across various platforms and products. Your work will directly impact how Dialpad's customers engage with their communication tools, making each interaction more meaningful and effective.
