You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a senior role where you've successfully driven account growth and maintained executive sponsorship. Your ability to understand the unique business needs of customers allows you to develop comprehensive account plans that align with their goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients. Your strong communication skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you are seen as a trusted partner.
Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with spend management solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in sales or business development would also be beneficial, as it complements your account management skills and enhances your ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
