What you'll do

As a Lot Attendant at Carvana, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will regularly wash and vacuum all inventory, ensuring that each vehicle is presented in the best possible condition. You will also conduct inspections to identify any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that all vehicles meet our quality standards before they are delivered to customers.

In addition to vehicle maintenance, you will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires you to be proactive in identifying tasks that need to be completed and collaborating with your team to achieve common goals. You will be part of a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, and you can grow your skills and career.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You can expect to see your pay progress from $17/hr to $18/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
