As a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey with our services. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and other team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions to help customers maximize the value of our products. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers and relay that information to internal teams to help improve our offerings.
