What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Claims Team at Marshmallow, where you will help streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with claims experts, utilizing tech-powered tools to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their claims, providing timely updates, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that positively impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the team.
