Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed candidate to join as ATS Reusable Equipment Coordinator responsible of:
• Oversee and optimize GoCart reverse logistics (relocalization) planning, ensuring proper execution and supporting the ROC team with GoCart forecasting and rebalancing movements.
• Review on daily basis the GoCart Stock by Site and Daily GoCart counts are completed by Ops Team.
• Ensure that there is reactive Planning / Ad-hoc Planning to reloc GoCarts
• GoCarts re-localization execution (Executing rebalancing/booking carrier loads)
• Maintenance cycle responsibility and ownership for Red Tagged GoCarts
• Consolidation of demand signal and reinjection of repaired GoCarts
• Process standardization at sites for maintenance cycle
• Internal and vendor - major and minor repair execution and supplier onboarding; support for Category.
• Coordination of Red Tagged GoCarts by Site
• Follow up of GoCarts with Repair Vendor and delivery to sites once repaired
• Keep track of GoCarts Repaired and report cost incurred by Month
• Generate cost saving proposals for the GoCart Network Reverse logistics and repair processes
• Participate in projects led by ATS Reusable Equipment Specialist or other stakeholders to improve the MX GoCart Network

Also, this position will be handling challenging operational issues that will require a deep analysis of our distribution network, hands-on problem solving mentality and a tenacity to execute solutions that will impact short term and long term operations. You will closely work with and involve functional teams to achieve best in class solutions. Finally, you will be dealing with the inevitable challenges that come with continuous, rapid growth and a dynamic environment. Program management operations will be the main scope of this role, leading projects to optimize and accelerate transportation operations with the goal to drive competitive logistics solutions (customer experience, speed, technology, cost). An ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment where change is the only stable element, you will make operational decisions in real time to guarantee the proper functioning of the Mexico´s Reusable GoCart Network.


Key job responsibilities
Execute the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver competitive logistics solutions (customer experience, speed, technology, cost) in the MX GoCart Network.
• Partner with customers, internal/external teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.)
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Management of Gantt, Program Management and Continues Improvement tools
