What you'll do

As a Senior Engineer on Braze’s AI Customer Interface team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI decisioning solutions. You will support Braze’s self-serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and will be responsible for rebuilding the application in React. This transition will involve integrating the application with other customer engagement platform APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enhance the functionality of our AI decisioning solutions, as well as optimizing existing code for performance and scalability.

You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain high coding standards within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
