Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex sales cycles and driving strategic outbound sales efforts. With your expertise, you excel at convincing healthcare professionals to adopt innovative solutions that enhance their practices. You are skilled in using Salesforce to manage your pipeline and develop tailored conversion strategies for various medical professionals. Your commitment to continuous improvement ensures that you consistently meet and exceed your sales targets. You are also dedicated to client satisfaction, providing training and support to ensure long-term loyalty and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spend approximately 70% of your time on strategic outbound sales, focusing on prospecting and converting qualified leads. You will manage a portfolio of healthcare professionals, developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize conversion rates. Your responsibilities will also include training clients on Doctolib's tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the solutions effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to guarantee an optimal client experience, and you will participate in ongoing projects aimed at improving sales processes and innovation.
