Confluent is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with their Confluent deployments and improve product documentation. You'll work with Kafka and contribute to process development in a remote role across the United States.
You are a self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute to a team that values collaboration and diverse perspectives. You possess a strong desire to help customers resolve issues with their Confluent deployments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. You are comfortable communicating technical feedback to engineering teams and are keen on improving product documentation and knowledge base articles. In this role, you will work closely with customers to resolve a wide range of issues related to their Confluent deployments, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. You will contribute to the development of processes that enhance team efficiency and foster a best-in-class culture. Your communication skills will be vital as you relay real-time product feedback from the field to our engineering team, helping to shape the future of our products. You will also be involved in improving product documentation and authoring knowledge base articles that empower users to make the most of our platform. Additionally, you will create and review product demos and internal tooling, collaborating with the team behind Apache Kafka to ensure our solutions meet customer needs effectively.
