Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in logistics or warehousing, is a plus. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in emergency response management and first aid programs will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Multi-Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and implementing practical solutions to enhance safety culture. You will lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring immediate care is always available. Your leadership will engage associates in safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety excellence across the site.
