You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in advertising solutions for SMBs. You understand the marketing growth goals of restaurant customers and can tailor product solutions to meet their needs. You are comfortable collaborating with sales teams and possess excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively. You are a subject matter expert on advertising products and can create customized performance reviews and product demos. You thrive in a remote work environment and are based in the US, preferably near a DoorDash office.
As a Sales Engineer at DoorDash, you will drive sales by assisting in qualifying and closing deals from a technical standpoint. You will collaborate closely with sales and development partners to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. You will become a subject matter expert on the DoorDash Advertising product suite, focusing on campaign performance and upsell opportunities. Your role will involve creating and delivering customized performance reviews and product demos to clients. You will also support pre- and post-product adoption analysis, forecasting expected impacts, running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on solutions. Additionally, you will influence the product roadmap by aggregating feedback from customers and sales teams to enhance product offerings.
