Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy for customer data and marketing technology platforms. You'll work on defining the roadmap for customer data systems and collaborate with engineering teams. This role requires strong experience in product management and marketing technology.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in marketing technology and customer data systems. You possess a strong understanding of how to capture, organize, and activate customer data, and you are skilled in defining product vision and roadmaps. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering teams and influencing product culture, making you a natural mentor for other product managers.
You are data-driven and have a solid grasp of analytics tools such as SQL and Google Analytics, which you use to derive actionable insights from customer data. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can align product strategies with business objectives. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction and drive growth initiatives.
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and event collection pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with attribution services and marketing operations will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You are comfortable navigating complex systems and have a knack for optimizing processes to improve ROI on marketing spend.
