Coupang is hiring a Customer Operations specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of retail products. You'll review legal documents and product information to enhance customer safety. This role requires basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
You have basic computer skills and are comfortable using applications like Excel and Word. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all necessary legal documents and product information are accurate and compliant. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the necessary legal documents and certifications required for retail products. You will ensure that product information is accurate and that no misleading claims are present on product pages. Your work will directly contribute to providing safe products to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
You will also participate in a training period of up to five weeks, where you will work on-site in the Jamsil office from Monday to Friday. After training, your work schedule will be assigned based on operational needs, with shifts available from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
Your attention to detail will be crucial as you verify the validity and completeness of legal documents. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all products meet the required standards before they reach customers. This role is essential in maintaining Coupang's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
