You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an inspection center. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are committed to continuous improvement and are open to learning new techniques and tools to enhance your skills. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to achieve the desired finish. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment to ensure high-quality results. Your role will involve painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths, where you will apply your skills to deliver exceptional cosmetic finishes. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in pristine condition. You will also participate in training programs to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
