You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment, such as an inspection center. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are committed to continuous improvement and are open to learning new techniques and tools to enhance your skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and efficiency. You understand the importance of safety protocols and adhere to them diligently while working in paint booths.
As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
