You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your understanding of customer success metrics and strategies. You are comfortable engaging with customer success professionals and can bring credibility and insight to every conversation. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values diversity and inclusion.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping customers achieve their goals with Hook's solutions.
Experience working with AI and Machine Learning technologies is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to understand and communicate the value of Hook's offerings. Familiarity with customer success tools and platforms will also be beneficial in this role.
As a Customer Success Manager at Hook, you will own the customer lifecycle from initial strategy sessions to adoption and renewals.
