Overview

NICE is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic financial initiatives and support growth initiatives. This role requires expertise in financial modeling and performance management.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of leading financial strategy in a corporate environment. Your ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable financial models and recommendations sets you apart. You are a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights that drive business decisions. You excel in forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring that financial processes are executed with precision and discipline. Your analytical skills allow you to identify risks and opportunities early, driving accountability through rigorous performance reviews. You are well-versed in public company reporting and compliance, ensuring alignment between internal forecasts and external disclosures. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with various business units to support growth initiatives and capital allocation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the annual operating plan and multi-year planning processes across all business units, ensuring that financial strategies align with corporate goals. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, analyzing variances and establishing KPIs for executive reporting. Your responsibilities will include driving the FP&A role in earnings preparation and collaborating with Corporate Accounting and Investor Relations to ensure compliance with SOX controls. You will partner with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the finance team, guiding them through complex financial analyses and decision-making processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
