Braze is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies. You'll work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand communication and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account-based marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in B2B environments. You understand the nuances of customer engagement and have a knack for developing strategies that resonate with target accounts. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.

You are data-driven and have experience using analytics to inform your marketing strategies. You are comfortable with tools that help track campaign performance and customer interactions, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive results. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your insights and learn from others. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your strategies and processes. You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at nurturing connections with both internal teams and external partners.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing channels.
