Upstart is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Servicing team to enhance the customer journey post-loan funding. You'll leverage machine learning to improve borrower experiences and drive better financial outcomes. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization and financial services. Your background includes leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy that aligns with business goals. You are skilled in leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of inclusive and fair practices in hiring and product development, ensuring that diverse perspectives are considered in your work.
Experience with machine learning applications in product management is a plus. Familiarity with lending or financial services will help you navigate the complexities of the industry. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and customer support teams will be crucial in this role.
