What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by engaging with customers and providing technical expertise. You will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include discovering and organizing major projects, as well as proactively identifying and addressing potential manufacturing challenges. You will join Account Executives on onsite visits to customers, providing insights and solutions that enhance the customer experience. Your role will also involve staying informed about upcoming customer projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
