Amazon is hiring a Business Analyst I for the Customer Experience and Business Trends Capability Team. You'll design dashboards and perform data analysis to improve customer experiences. This role requires skills in SQL, Python, and Excel.

Job Description

Who you are

You are customer-obsessed and eager to create opportunities that influence business decisions to enhance the customer experience across Amazon's various businesses. As a Business Analyst, you bring innovation and a strategic perspective, with the ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-moving set of priorities and operational initiatives. You are highly analytical and can work effectively in a matrix organization, breaking complex problems down into actionable steps that drive programs forward.

You have experience in designing and developing highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL, QuickSuite, and Excel. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to perform data analysis and visualization using Python. You have a keen eye for automation opportunities and are proactive in delivering them. Understanding stakeholder requirements and mapping them with data sources and data warehouses is second nature to you.

What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to critical global services that measure Amazon’s end-to-end Customer Experience. You will partner closely with program and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers. Your responsibilities will include owning the delivery and backup of periodic metrics and dashboards for the leadership team, drawing inferences and conclusions from processed data, and creating visualizations that identify trends and anomalies. You will execute high-priority projects that are cross-functional and have a high impact on the organization.
