Fairmarkit is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality across multiple development teams. You'll create test plans and execute testing for web applications. This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on testing experience.
You are a Senior QA Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience testing web applications. Your expertise lies in creating comprehensive test plans and strategies that ensure the highest quality of software delivery. You possess strong troubleshooting skills, allowing you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your familiarity with various testing techniques and types enables you to adapt to different project requirements seamlessly. You have experience in triaging AQA test reports, which is a valuable asset in maintaining quality standards across the board. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development teams to clarify feature requirements and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
While not mandatory, experience with automation testing would be a plus, as it complements your manual testing skills. You are also familiar with the latest trends in QA methodologies and tools, which helps you stay ahead in the field.
In your role as a Senior QA Engineer at Fairmarkit, you will collaborate with multiple development teams to ensure the quality of our autonomous sourcing platform. You will communicate with the product team to clarify feature requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the product meet the expected standards. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining the regression backlog, executing new-feature and regression testing, and supporting production by triaging bugs effectively. You will identify inconsistencies in product requirements or logic, participating in pre-planning and grooming sessions to enhance the overall development process.
