You have experience in providing technical support and understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients. You are skilled in critical thinking and can blend systems design with business needs to improve the support experience for customers. You have a background in managing and maintaining integrations with third-party services, which allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. You are proactive in your approach and have a desire to continuously improve processes and products. You are comfortable working in a global team environment and can communicate insights effectively to product teams. You understand industry trends and their implications for product development, ensuring that you can provide valuable feedback to enhance Meta's offerings.
As a Business Support Engineer at Meta, you will play a key role in providing both proactive and reactive support for partner issues and integrations. You will collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve issues reported by partners, ensuring that necessary actions are taken for fixes and improvements. You will specialize in one of Meta's key business areas, such as Advertising or Fintech, allowing you to leverage your expertise to enhance partner experiences. You will work closely with regional offices and partnership teams to support a diverse range of partners globally, integrating Meta's Business Products into their offerings. Your role will involve assessing partner needs, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the quality of Meta's products meets the expectations of partners and customers.
