What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Moveworks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Agentic Assistant ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement AI-powered agent builder product features, utilizing cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver significant business value. You will work on expanding the product's reach to more customers and global markets, ensuring that high-quality engineering practices are maintained throughout the development process.

You will architect and build out the web technology stacks, focusing on critical components such as authentication and event tracking. Your role will involve promoting best practices in software development, ensuring that the applications you build are modular, scalable, and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with product managers and ML engineers to enhance user experience and drive customer adoption of the platform.

In this position, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure that the team maintains high standards of code quality.
