What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of the AI Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team. Your responsibilities will include hiring, mentoring, and building a team structure that supports long-term growth and execution at scale. You will develop and expand executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor during complex technical engagements and AI transformations.

You will align with Field Engineering and Sales Leaders to define joint strategies for strategic accounts, ensuring strong delivery coordination across functions. Your role will involve leading strategic AI professional services initiatives, driving the adoption of innovative AI solutions that meet customer needs.

You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of key EMEA accounts, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality services that exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the long-term strategic priorities and initiatives of the AI FDE team, positioning Databricks as a leader in the AI space.
