Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in customer support within the cybersecurity sector. You possess strong communication skills and a desire to help customers resolve their issues effectively. You are comfortable using various communication channels to assist users and ensure they have a positive experience with the product. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other teams to improve customer satisfaction. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the company's innovative solutions to better assist users. You understand the importance of customer feedback in enhancing product offerings and are committed to contributing to this process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of customer support tasks, ensuring users receive the help they need promptly. You will manage and prioritize technical support tickets through the company's ticketing system, escalating issues as necessary to maintain fast resolution times. You will provide real-time assistance via Slack, helping key customers with troubleshooting, best practices, and product guidance. You will support onboarding efforts in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, occasionally joining customer calls to provide additional support. Your role will involve gathering customer feedback to help improve the product and enhance the overall user experience. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss common issues and share insights on how to improve support processes.
