Datadog is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and lead a team focused on Channels & Alliances in the ANZ region. You'll be responsible for recruiting new partners and nurturing relationships to drive customer adoption and revenue. This role requires experience in partner sales and cloud alliances.
You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and alliances, ideally within the technology or cloud software sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of building and maintaining strategic relationships that drive business growth. You excel in identifying and recruiting new partners, ensuring they align with the company's long-term vision and goals. Your leadership skills shine as you hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team, recognizing exceptional talent and coaching them for success in their roles. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to create synergies that enhance partner performance and drive incremental revenue.
Experience in the ANZ region is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloud Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Public Cloud Services Providers. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A background in cloud software sales or partner management will set you apart, as will your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead the Channels & Alliances business for Datadog in the ANZ region, focusing on building a robust partner network that drives customer adoption and revenue. You will identify and recruit new companies into the Datadog Partner Network, ensuring they are equipped to deliver successful outcomes for end customers. Your responsibilities will include accelerating existing partners' businesses through scalable sales and technical enablement programs, joint pipeline execution, and regular business reviews. You will work closely with Datadog's regional Enterprise, Midmarket, and Commercial Sales organizations, as well as marketing and customer success teams, to drive incremental revenue for the region.
