Asana is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help prospects understand the value of their technology through ROI Demonstration and Value Engineering. You'll leverage your deep product knowledge to support the Sales team in Tokyo with a hybrid work schedule.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in SaaS applications — you understand how companies make purchasing decisions and can articulate the value of technology effectively. Your expertise in ROI Demonstration and Value Engineering allows you to quantitatively showcase the benefits of solutions to potential customers. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, driving initiatives that align with customer needs and business goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to be a key voice of the customer within the organization. Your passion for technology and its impact on work management drives you to stay informed about industry trends, particularly in AI-powered Collaborative Work Management and Human+AI Work Coordination.
In this role, you will be a critical member of the Asana Japan Solution Engineering team, focusing on demonstrating the value of Asana's technology to prospects.
