Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the UK to lead a team focused on Mid-Market accounts. You'll be responsible for driving sales revenue and mentoring your team. This role requires strong sales experience and leadership skills.

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the technology or security sectors. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Verkada's solutions to potential clients. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly sets you apart. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and understand the dynamics of managing a sales team focused on Mid-Market accounts.

Desirable

Experience in the physical security or cloud technology industry would be a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms and their applications in security can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in managing teams that focus on prospecting and pipeline growth is also beneficial.

What you'll do

As the UK Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of Account Executives. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales revenue targets while maintaining high activity standards within your team. You will guide your team in daily prospecting efforts, ensuring they effectively qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

You will collaborate closely with your team to develop strategies that resonate with Mid-Market clients, focusing on organizations with up to 2,000 employees. Your role will involve setting clear expectations and providing the necessary resources for your team to succeed. You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to help your team members grow.

In addition to team management, you will engage directly with key clients and prospects, showcasing Verkada's integrated, AI-powered security solutions. Your ability to articulate the benefits of our platform will be crucial in closing deals and expanding our market presence in the UK.
