What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing Select & Territory Solutions Engineering team. You will act as a technical leader, providing coaching and mentorship to your team members while assisting with technical escalations. Your role will involve navigating complex technical solutions and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle challenges effectively.

You will take ownership of building out programs and processes that support the Solutions Engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team efficiency.
