About This Opportunity:

As a key member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, the Revenue Compensation Manager serves as a critical bridge between Docebo’s go-to-market strategy and frontline execution. In this role, you’ll design and optimize compensation programs that motivate performance, align with business objectives, and support scalable growth.
