Overview

Grafana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across the West region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing opportunities with new customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in enterprise sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, which allows you to tailor solutions effectively. Your consultative sales approach has led to successful outcomes in previous positions, and you are comfortable managing forecasts and tracking customer data. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source software, is a plus. Familiarity with observability tools and strategies will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and market trends, which will enhance your ability to engage with customers.

What you'll do
