Your strong negotiation skills enable you to balance quality and volume in competitive environments, ensuring that you can identify high-potential restaurants effectively. You are analytical and disciplined, focusing on building a high-quality sales funnel and closing deals efficiently. You thrive in field-based roles and are willing to travel as needed to meet your targets.

Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You understand the dynamics of competitive geographies and can leverage geo insights to prioritize your efforts effectively.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Uber, you will be responsible for expanding the restaurant selection for Uber Eats by acquiring high-quality SMB partners. You will manage your sales funnel from prospecting to contracting, ensuring that you close approximately 20 restaurants per month. Your role will involve running complex negotiations that balance unit economics with merchant expectations, ensuring long-term value for both Uber and its partners. You will also engage in early-life follow-up to ensure that merchants activate successfully and remain engaged from day one.
You will independently design your weekly funnel construction plan, utilizing geo insights, density logic, and operational readiness to source and qualify potential restaurant partners. Your ability to maintain a healthy stage distribution in your sales process will be crucial to your success. You will lead multi-step negotiations, structuring offers that meet both Uber's and the merchants' needs, particularly in price-sensitive segments.
