What you'll do

As the Chief of Staff at Nuro, you will partner with the VP of AI Platform and the broader Technology Group leadership team to drive strategic initiatives that support the company's mission of making autonomy accessible to all. You will play a critical role in aligning the AI Platform organization’s goals with the overall business strategy, ensuring that all teams operate with focus, clarity, and urgency.

You will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration across various teams, helping to break down silos and promote a unified approach to project execution. Your role will involve analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

In addition, you will support the development of Nuro’s AI data flywheel, which is essential for the advancement of the company’s autonomous systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the infrastructure and systems in place are robust and scalable, enabling the successful deployment of innovative technologies.

You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends. Your ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly will be crucial in guiding decision-making processes at the executive level.
