Welocalize is seeking a Community & Onboarding Manager to enhance supplier engagement and support. You'll be responsible for managing supplier profiles and ensuring excellent service. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
You have a strong background in community management and onboarding processes, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional support. Your experience includes managing interactions with a diverse supplier base, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are adept at using various platforms to manage community profiles. As the Community & Onboarding Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for Welocalize's suppliers, managing over 15,000 interactions daily. Your role involves onboarding new suppliers, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating supplier profiles on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong community around Welocalize, fostering engagement and loyalty among suppliers.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance supplier satisfaction and engagement. This includes gathering feedback from suppliers to identify areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to address any issues that arise. You will also track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions to enhance the onboarding experience.
