Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in the semiconductor or technology sectors. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions that drive operational success. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with local suppliers and OEM partners. You possess excellent communication and reporting skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely. An engineering background is a significant advantage, as it helps you understand the technical aspects of the products you manage. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships across various teams.

You have a proven track record of managing supply chains in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing demands and challenges. Your experience with OEM/ODM business models is a plus, as it aligns with Graphcore's focus on these areas. You are detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to ensuring that production schedules are met without compromising quality.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consolidate demand forecasts into executable supply and build plans, balancing flexibility, cost, and risk. You will handle production schedules with contract manufacturers, ensuring transparency in work-in-progress to facilitate timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include driving build readiness, which involves tracking supplier commitments, aligning lead times, and controlling production ramp-up. You will collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules. Additionally, you will work with Manufacturing/Test Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and ensure a smooth transition to mass production. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing the supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
