You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, marketing, or agency business. Your background includes working with C-level executives and managing complex agreements or partnerships. You are fluent in both Mandarin and English, enabling you to effectively communicate with local clients and regional partners. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, which are essential for guiding client sales teams and driving business growth. You have a Master's degree or other advanced qualifications, and at least 2 years of experience managing people or teams, showcasing your leadership capabilities. Your experience includes managing end-to-end partnerships and working with the China export community and ecosystem players.
