SentiLink is seeking a Strategy & Business Operations Associate to drive innovative identity verification solutions. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency and support rapid growth. This role is open to remote candidates within the United States.
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in strategy development and execution. Experience in the fintech industry or with identity verification solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with API technologies and their applications in business operations is also desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in emerging technologies will set you apart.
In this role, you will support the strategic initiatives of SentiLink by analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to inform strategic decisions, developing operational metrics to track performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities. You will also participate in regular strategy meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on your analyses.
SentiLink provides a flexible work environment, allowing you to choose between remote work or spending time in one of our physical offices located in major U.S. cities. We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $210,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health insurance for you and your dependents, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and flexible paid time off.
