Overview

Revance is seeking a Sales and Education Executive to enhance brand presence and drive retail performance across Ulta Beauty locations. This role requires strong sales strategy and in-store education skills, with a focus on relationship building.

Who you are

You are a results-driven Sales and Education Executive with a proven track record in elevating brand presence and driving retail performance. You thrive in a field-based role, blending sales strategy with in-store education to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with store-level employees and management is key to your success. You are comfortable planning and executing in-store events independently or with team support, ensuring that you consistently achieve or exceed company sales plans across your assigned territory.

Desirable

Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus, as is familiarity with brands like StriVectin, PanOxyl, and Blue Lizard. You have a knack for conducting impactful product knowledge training sessions that deepen brand knowledge among retailer teams. Your organizational skills allow you to maintain a structured freelance talent schedule tailored to individual retailer needs, maximizing profitability when applicable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically planning and executing in-store events to drive revenue and meet company targets. You will schedule and conduct product knowledge training sessions for retailer teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to advocate for the brands you represent. Your role will involve maintaining a consistent and impactful in-store presence, which is crucial for strengthening brand advocacy. You will also manage freelance and travel & entertainment expenses within the allocated budget, ensuring that all activities align with company goals.

You will report to the Regional Sales and Education Manager and work closely with the Consumer Skincare Field Team. Your ability to collaborate effectively with store-level employees and all levels of Ulta Beauty management will be essential in achieving your sales objectives. You will be expected to maintain a structured approach to your work, balancing the demands of field-based activities with the need for strategic planning and execution.

What we offer

Revance offers a competitive salary of $70,000 plus quarterly bonuses, with the final salary depending on factors such as experience and geographic location.
