You'll manage relationships with carriers and analyze operational data to optimize workflows. This role requires 3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or unified communications.
You have 3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or unified communications, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance workflows. Your expertise allows you to bridge the gap between customers, engineering teams, and carrier partners effectively. You are adept at managing relationships with Tier 1 global carriers and aggregators, negotiating directly to resolve disputes and ensure seamless operations for customers.
You possess analytical skills that enable you to interpret operational data and identify trends, particularly in rejection rates. This insight drives your initiatives to automate processes and reduce manual workloads, contributing to overall efficiency. You are also committed to maintaining high-quality standards across your team, mentoring junior analysts, and guiding them through complex edge cases.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end registration lifecycles for US services such as 10DLC, Toll-Free, Short Codes, and RCS. You will be the primary escalation point for registration challenges, ensuring that customers can operate without disruptions. Collaborating closely with other Regional Specialists, you will monitor and interpret evolving regulatory mandates, proactively updating internal compliance standards to align with industry requirements.
