Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Video Producer to plan, produce, and scale educational video content for their Customer Education organization. This role focuses on delivering high-quality video resources and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer understanding of Klaviyo's offerings.
You have a strong background in video production, particularly in creating educational content that is clear and engaging. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with curriculum development and localization teams to ensure that video resources are effectively tailored for diverse audiences. You are an owner first and a video creator second, taking pride in identifying problems and designing solutions that enhance workflows. Your experience allows you to bring structure and consistency to video content planning and maintenance, ensuring that all materials are fully localized and accessible to Klaviyo's customers and partners.
You have a passion for educational content and a keen understanding of how to create instructional videos that resonate with viewers. Familiarity with video editing software and production techniques is a plus, as is experience in project management and working within agile frameworks. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of the video content you produce.
As a Senior Video Producer at Klaviyo, you will play a key role in planning and producing a variety of educational video content aimed at helping customers and partners understand Klaviyo's platform. You will collaborate with the Curriculum Development and Localization teams to support the delivery of fully localized courses and videos that will be featured on Klaviyo Academy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire video production process, from concept development to final editing, ensuring that all content meets high standards of quality and clarity. You will also be involved in strategizing how-to and instructional content that aligns with Klaviyo's mission of empowering creators.
You will work within Klaviyo's 7-week sprint cycle, which requires you to be organized and efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will involve regular communication with various stakeholders to gather input and feedback, ensuring that the final products are not only informative but also engaging for the audience. You will take ownership of workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall production process.
