You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development. Your expertise in backend programming languages, particularly Golang and Node.js, allows you to design and implement robust applications that meet user needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management and customers to iterate on product ideas and ensure they are built the right way from the start.

Your experience includes building scalable applications and maintaining high-quality code through testing and deployment processes. You understand the importance of customer feedback in the development cycle and are adept at integrating this feedback into your work. You are comfortable working in agile teams and enjoy tackling complex challenges that require innovative solutions.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and are capable of debugging and optimizing existing systems. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Tanium, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the company's products alongside a nimble development team. You will engage in the entire product lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. Your role will involve collaborating with product management to gather feedback and iterate on product ideas, ensuring that the final products meet customer expectations.

You will work on backend systems primarily using Golang and Node.js, focusing on creating efficient and scalable services. Your tasks will include designing and implementing APIs, working with data services to unify and consolidate endpoint data, and exposing data externally through GraphQL to facilitate integration with partners like Salesforce.

You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process. Your insights will help shape the direction of the products and ensure they align with the company's goals and customer needs.
