You are an experienced technical recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles. You have a deep understanding of the technical landscape and can effectively partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and attract top talent. Your focus is on quality, efficiency, and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders. You are adept at understanding the specific needs of various technical roles and can translate those needs into effective recruitment strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving Meta's hiring goals.
Experience in recruiting for roles in software engineering, data science, or other technical fields is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms will enhance your ability to source and engage candidates effectively.
