Job Description

Want to be on a team that invents the future e-commerce model with Amazon in Japan? Amazon Delivery Experience (DEX) is seeking a customer-obsessed, big-thinking Principal Product Manager-Tech to launch 'deliver in minutes', quick commerce experience in Japan. You will lead the strategy and innovative roadmaps to create the end-to-end shopping, delivery, and post purchase experiences that are unprecedented in Japan.

This is a high visibility role and an advisor to VP+ level stakeholders. You will be on a launch team that charters new business models in Amazon Japan. The Principal PM has responsibilities to build and manage suites of capabilities that connect our supply chain, operation networks, and last mile delivery technologies with customer facing products - through close partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and Data Science functions. Hands-on experiences in data science and analytics (GAI), grocery/perishable category management, supply chain technologies (SCOT), fulfillment operations across all miles, and technical product management will be a huge plus to this role. This role will start as a senior individual contributor but presented with immediate scope for team management - for candidates with relevant experiences.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive the vision and deliver/ manage suites of products;
- Collaborate with diverse partner teams to build and enhance data science empowered products;
- Advise VP+ stakeholders on complex, technical subjects;
- Lead and grow a high performing Product team.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
